We would like to inform you that all Intelli TV services will be discontinued on February 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. After this date, your Intelli TV account and all associated content will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

To avoid disruptions, we recommend starting your offboarding process as soon as possible. Although Intelli TV services will remain fully operational until February 15, 2025, we encourage you to update any channels you might have distributed your videos to prior to this date to avoid disruptions. Please be aware that as we approach the shutdown, we anticipate a surge in activity that may lead to slower response times and limited support from our team. After the cutoff date, we will no longer be available to assist with inquiries.

Important Details:

• Pro-Rata Billing: If your monthly plan renews in February, you’ll be charged only for the days leading up to February 15. If you wish to cancel a paid subscription before renewal, please contact support at support@intelli.tv.

• Opt-Out of Future Reminders: If you no longer use Intelli TV services, no further action is required. Should you prefer not to receive additional notices, you may unsubscribe from this e-mail list.

Want to download your videos?

Intelli TV does not have a feature to export videos from the library. Your best option is to refer to your original uploaded video files. Alternatively, you can download individual videos using an online video downloader tool or an extension such as:

Once you have the extension available on your browser, navigate to your Intelli TV watch URL (EG: https://www.intelli.tv/watch/your-video-id), and you should be able to download the video.

Tip: Before downloading, ensure you select the highest available quality for the best results.

Would it be possible to preserve Interactivity from the videos?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retain interactivity, as it relies entirely on Intelli TV's player features and is not embedded in the video content itself.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition. The decision to discontinue services was not made lightly, however broader market and economic conditions have necessitated this course of action.

1) We have introduced a colorful and user-friendly interface that allows for easier access to all the tools available in the Sidebar panel.

2) We have implemented a dropdown menu feature that enables seamless switching between videos within the same project while creating interactive experiences. This enhancement significantly expedites the process of creating interactive videos.

3) We have introduced thumbnail previews for Breakpoints. Breakpoints are useful for triggering automatic actions without requiring user interaction with the video. With the addition of thumbnail previews, creators can now easily identify the specific locations where these Breakpoints will be activated.

We have improved the experience of how videos are organized in your library.

Projects are now first-class citizens and we recommend that every video experience should start from a Project being created.

Any video that is not in a Project today will show up under the “Unassigned Videos” section in your Projects library dashboard. You can still add a video to multiple projects as before.
