Important Notice: Intelli TV Shutdown

Dear Intelli TV Customers,

We would like to inform you that all Intelli TV services will be discontinued on February 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. After this date, your Intelli TV account and all associated content will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

To avoid disruptions, we recommend starting your offboarding process as soon as possible. Although Intelli TV services will remain fully operational until February 15, 2025, we encourage you to update any channels you might have distributed your videos to prior to this date to avoid disruptions. Please be aware that as we approach the shutdown, we anticipate a surge in activity that may lead to slower response times and limited support from our team. After the cutoff date, we will no longer be available to assist with inquiries.

Important Details:

• Pro-Rata Billing: If your monthly plan renews in February, you’ll be charged only for the days leading up to February 15. If you wish to cancel a paid subscription before renewal, please contact support at support@intelli.tv.

• Opt-Out of Future Reminders: If you no longer use Intelli TV services, no further action is required. Should you prefer not to receive additional notices, you may unsubscribe from this e-mail list.

Want to download your videos?

Intelli TV does not have a feature to export videos from the library. Your best option is to refer to your original uploaded video files. Alternatively, you can download individual videos using an online video downloader tool or an extension such as:

Once you have the extension available on your browser, navigate to your Intelli TV watch URL (EG: https://www.intelli.tv/watch/your-video-id), and you should be able to download the video.

Tip: Before downloading, ensure you select the highest available quality for the best results.

Would it be possible to preserve Interactivity from the videos?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retain interactivity, as it relies entirely on Intelli TV's player features and is not embedded in the video content itself.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition. The decision to discontinue services was not made lightly, however broader market and economic conditions have necessitated this course of action.
